pgjl Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 2025. These terms apply to all members using the pgjl platform in the Philippines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the pgjl platform at pgjl.win, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pgjl. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Access to pgjl is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from gambling by any regulatory body.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person.
pgjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. 3. Account Creation & Security
Each member may hold only one account on pgjl. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pgjl will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login details secure. You must notify pgjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
pgjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, breach of these terms, or potential fraud.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a member of pgjl, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform solely for personal, lawful entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems, software, or data.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion, fraud, or cheating, including exploiting system errors or glitches.
- You will not use the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
- You will not create accounts using false identities, stolen credentials, or on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
5. Payments & Transactions
All transactions on pgjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit methods include GCash, GrabPay, and major Philippine online banking channels. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel — GCash and GrabPay deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer. pgjl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pgjl reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Funds derived from fraudulent activity or in violation of these terms are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited.
pgjl does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check your provider's terms for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
pgjl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pgjl and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from your gaming or betting activity.
- Technical failures, network outages, or errors beyond pgjl's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
- Actions taken by third-party payment processors or service providers.
pgjl does not guarantee any specific outcome from betting or gaming. Online gaming and sports betting involve financial risk. Do not wager more than you are prepared to lose.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
pgjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Receipt of a court order or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
- Failure to respond to identity verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal following verification, subject to these terms.
8. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
All content on pgjl — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and platform design — is the property of pgjl or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without express written permission.
Certain games and services available through pgjl are provided by third-party game providers. pgjl is not responsible for the content, terms, or conduct of these third-party providers. Use of third-party services within the platform is subject to those providers' own terms.
The pgjl platform may reference or link to external resources for informational purposes. pgjl does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any external content or websites.
9. Changes to These Terms & Applicable Law
pgjl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the pgjl platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
